Founder & Professional Coach

Who am I?

I'm a Professional Coach, on a mission to develop high potential millennial professionals into the future world and business leaders and I have chosen my unique coaching skills as the vehicle to achieving this.

Being a millennial myself, I have an in-depth understanding of what it feels like to have that epiphany moment that pushes you to really figure out what you want in your personal or professional life, but at the same time not knowing where or how to begin that process of change. The fact is, I'm now living the WHOLE life I envision for myself, on my way to fulfilling my full potential and having the impact I know I can have in the lives of myself and others.

I can help you do same!

My experience.

I started my career journey in 2012 as an Auditor and I'm also an ACA qualified chartered accountant.

My life and career coaching experience of the millennial peer group spans 6+ years’ starting right from being a Peer Coach in my final year at the University of Birmingham to my role as an Audit Senior and Team Manager from as early as the second year into my career at one of the Big 4 Professional Services firms in London - I won a number of company values awards to this effect.

I also have extensive business knowledge and experience from auditing and consulting for FTSE 250 and SEC listed companies as well as setting up recognisable and viable growing business both in the UK and Nigeria. I've even been invited to No. 10 Downing Street to speak with the Business Adviser to the UK Prime Minister.

How I got here.

Less than two years in, I just wasn't enjoying my job as an auditor. I was grateful for it but I couldn't fight off that nagging feeling that longed for something more fulfilling. My creative capital and unique strengths were just not being used and I increasingly felt disconnected from the role. It didn't help that I couldn't see myself doing it long-term.

Even though I started to realise this wasn't my ideal situation, the fear of the unknown and not being awake to all that was truly unique about me kept me on hold for another 2.5 years.

After lots of soul (and google) searching I realised that I needed to be doing work that helped me impact the lives of others like myself and that was when I discovered a unique gift that was so natural to me. I had been coaching since my final year of University and didn't even know what I was doing was called coaching until Summer of 2016. All of a sudden, nothing else mattered but this emerging truth.

After 4.5 years and with valuable all-rounded experience, my 'Big 4' journey had to come to an end and I decided to carve out my own fulfilling career path to bring my vision and purpose to life by starting What Next, Coach?

Thankfully, it's a decision I don't regret.

I knew there was so much more to me than I was currently tapping into and if my story resonates with you, you can be sure there's much more to you than you're currently aware of.
